The mentors you assign to Center Centre can attend any of our expert-led workshops. Our curriculum places today’s leading UX experts in front of our students and in front of your team. Each three-week course begins with a two-day, industry-grade workshop led by an industry expert. Our workshops cover topics like interaction design, user research, Agile methodologies, information architecture, visual design, and front-end development.
Do you want your newly hired designers to be ready to work on your critical projects on their very first day?
Our students graduate knowing what to expect from their first UX job, because they’ve had an in-depth exploration of how different companies approach design challenges. Our students have taken multiple projects from initial concept to final deployment and learned a design is only finished once it’s built and shipped. Center Centre students graduate with solid interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills—the soft skills large organizations require from effective employees.
Do you want to be a part of the future of design education?
As a partner company, you’ll appoint four (or more) of your team members to be partner company mentors. Mentors come to Chattanooga at least four times per year to attend workshops and mentor students throughout their two-year learning journey at Center Centre.
The Partner Company fee covers:
- mentors attendance of workshops;
- having ongoing access to students to see their growth trajectory over time;
- working with students on real projects for your organization;
- opportunities to provide input into the cohort’s curriculum to ensure graduates have the latest skills you need;
- the chance to share your company’s design process with students, and;
- participation in VIP networking events.
